I am happy to be back in my hometown of Pittsburgh, where I have completed 3 yrs of general surgery residency at AGH. I am currently taking a year away from my clinical training to focus on research within the Plastic Surgery Department here at UPMC. This is an exciting opportunity for me, as plastic surgery is my field of interest. I am fortunate to be involved with a variety of projects within the lab, with a particular interest in adipose derived stem cells and their applications towards wound healing.
